From a horse owner to a dog owner when you are put in a position of a time of need they have been there without question! To a basic check up for concerns to the extreme that no owner wants to face they are there with the most compassion to comfort!!!!! I have been to many vets in surprise and they are always there! I ve had the most amazing experience with this office. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and put me at ease when my dog was injured. I have a fiesty dog who pulled out stitches, staples and crossing my fingers with the last surgery will not pull out the stitches again. The final set up they gave her with a longer cone and donut seems to be helping her the last few days post op. Thank you and the team as I know it was low staffing the day after Christmas but I was able to get in early without an issue.

Overall, I m happy with my experience. However, we went over the estimate and the tech had included rabies vaccine (which I d already provided documentation of having completed). Additionally, we paid for a nail trim, and the tech forgot, which I realized after I d already gotten home. I called and was told a manager would call me back to process the refund to the card, but did not receive a call.

Thank you for getting my dog seen right away. We were very worried about him. We appreciated the care he received.
