I didn’t go inside, but, I assume it is as clean it was before the pandemic. Very happy with everything and everyone at Animal Medical Hospital at Glenwood, Inc.

I was able to make an appointment to have my dog spayed within a week. I appreciated all the helpful phone and email contacts and information that I received about the surgery. Due to the pandemic, I was not inside the facilities the day of surgery but was promptly greeted at curbside on arrival. The staff was always courteous, informative, efficient and friendly. I received a phone call after the surgery to explain my dog s progress and then was able to pick her up and get the post op procedures. Surgery went well. The vet also called the following day to check on my dog s recovery and confirm a 2 week follow up appointment for her post op check up. I sincerely appreciated the professional, caring service that my dog experienced here!

I wish I could have seen the doctor face to face. I do understand the circumstances though with the Covid issue.

Appreciated the extra considerations and care given during COVID. Dr Cheryl Holmes is always patient, caring and willing to discuss all aspects of treatment options.

I did not go inside so I will not comment on cleanliness, however, I have never questioned cleanliness here before.

This was a farm visit. I agreed to lab test for one of my horses. I should have asked how much it would cost - I might not have done it had I realized that it was going to cost $180+ but that s my fault. Next time I ll ask. I do like Dr. Amy s common sense approach and recommendations.

When making the appointment, I was told that they were going to honor the discounted amount that was given to me on my last visit. When I arrived at the appointment I was told that they could not give the discounted price. I was very up set because this is the second time I was told one thing over the phone and when I get there it is something else.

You re a wonderful business, but it s too expensive. Can you suggest another vet who is less expensive (even if they don t do a good job?) Thank you.

I inquired about having a vet from Glenwood come out for a farm visit for my horse who was exhibiting abnormal symptoms. I was eventually able to be seen THE SAME DAY when my primary vets were unavailable. I had an incredible experience and I will definitely use Glenwood in the future.

I am completely satisfied with the service Coco and I received.

Since we could not be present for our pet s exam, it would be nice to receive some sort of summary or phone call with the exam results (weight, health, etc.).

New patient and we were seen so quickly. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was higher than I hoped, but great quality care.

Have always been pleased with the service and still are. Because of the virus the office is closed to clients however the facilities have always been super clean.The new arrangement you have implemented is great. The past two times that we have had to use the on call large animal vet, they ve had to drive to the office and pick up the truck. If they are on call for emergencies why aren t they taking the truck home with them? Seems like time wasted in a true emergency situation.

Everybody I spoke with, either on the phone or in person, were totally professional and answered all my many questions. Even though I m sure they were very busy during these trying times, they never made me feel like I was being rushed. My cat s blood test results were ready faster than expected, and Dr. Wysocki personally called me to go over the results with me. She spent quite a lot of time on the phone explaining the results and answering all my questions. She really cared, which made me feel my cat would be in safe hands if an emergency should come up in the future. -Angela Graziano/Woodbine, MD

I so appreciate you getting Dempsey in so quickly especially under the Covid 19 restrictions. I knew that, although I couldn’t be in the exam room Dempsey would be in very good and capable hands. I am used to my old vet, but he retired and I was apprehensive about going to another vet. However, I was very pleased with the attention my dog and I received.
