Facilities have always been clean, but this time, I never even entered the building, so I wouldn t know. (But I m sure they are). ;)

This was, of course, a visit in which Charlie was retrieved from my car, examined, 3 shots and nail clipping, then returned to my car. I thought it went extremely well. Very smoothe procedure/process. It was also quick. Love you all! Rhonda Downey

I thought that the cost was way to high. Total time in office for Mootsie was about half an hour. But then again, he s feeling much better now. Looks like his recent change in dog food didn t agree with him. But I am so thankful you were able to see him immediately. That in itself was worth the cost. Thank You!

Dr. Amy is just terrific! Came promptly, was kind to my poor injured pony, gave a sensible work-up and explanation, and took the trouble to check in several times afterward to see how the recovery was progressing. Five stars!

Due to the Covid restrictions, I cannot in good faith and honesty give 5 stars until we resume regular practices. Also, I would have liked to have been shared puppy insurance and for them to schedule my next appointment rather than me have to call.

I am always pleased with my visit. Our pets are important to us. That is why we bring them to Animal Medical Hospital.

Under the current circumstances everything went very smoothly

I want to thank the staff for seeing my son s dog who was visiting me and who fell ill. Although two other local facilities couldn t see him for a week, you accommodated us promptly. You took the time to listen and showed concern. You were able to diagnosis his conditions and give us a plan of action to make him feel better. Thank you!

Dr. Amy and her assistant gelded my donkey and wethered my buck. They were on time, very competent and professional and I was very impressed with how caring they were with my animals. Both animals recovered easily and had no complications. Both are doing well. An excellent experience for both my animals and myself. Thank you!

In the past we had Jayce groomed with the special and it cost $80. I was told it is now $100. When offering specials you may want to consider providing the pricing or pricing changes in advance. Thank you!

Dr. Amy is a very caring and thorough Dr. I appreciated the call the day after my appointment to see how my horse was doing. It seemed like more than a job to her. She displayed a genuine interest in my horse and my family. So glad to have met her!

It would be nice to have some instructions for medication written down in one spot to make it easier to share to others in the house. But love the time attention the staff provided.

Given the summer heat, it might be easier to arrange for a drop off and pick up of the animals (rather than waiting in the car), particularly when multiple animals are being seen. Thanks!

Would be helpful to have the Doctors name that provided care on the invoice. Though it was requested that I bring my pup back in 2 weeks there was no mention of that in the reminder section or what the next appointment would be for. That would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for adjusting your schedule to get my dog in. It made all of the difference. He was not doing well and the vet techs and doctor are why my dog had drastic improvement in his condition within 24 hours. Given the fact that I couldn t go inside the office due to Covid-19, I wasn t sure what to expect. I was happy that everyone was organized, my dog was seen quickly - and all tests, results and information regarding treatment and estimated costs was given in a timely manner. This one interaction has confirmed that I will be switching both of my dogs to the Animal Medical Hospital at Glenwood.
