I did not re4ceive a bill for my Mikeys grooming. I know I gave you a credit card, but was expecting a copy of the charge. My daughter picked him up after work, and when I asked for the charge she said the girl told her I would receive it in the mail. Please see that I get it. The staff is very nice and accommodating. My only issue with the facility is that they do not explain or advertise the prices of each service. For instance, they asked if I wanted to check my dog s eye for glaucoma and made it seem like it was just a favor since they had never use the glaucoma machine before. I said okay, and they even asked if they could show the other vet techs how to use it since it was a brand new machine. Well, lo and behold, the glaucoma check was an additional $60. Then they asked if I wanted to try out an ointment for my dog s eye as a trial to see if it would help. Well, no mention of how much that would be until the bill said it was an additional $27. They also gave my dog the influenza shot which was $66 and they never asked me if I wanted that.

I appreciated that the doctor was flexible when I decided to get another vaccination after the initial appointment was completed.

Have been a client for decades and would not trust my animals to any other practice. Dr. Amy and Nate were great handling my horses as always. Love AMH!

This practice isn t our regular vet, but treated our dog and us with great care. We even received a phone call that evening from De Holmes, asking how our dog was. No one was rushed, and everyone was very helpful and concerned, from the receptionist answering the phone, to the techs and the doctor.

Always a wonderful experience!!

I would like to say the family is so grateful to Dr. Amy, Dr. Scheinberg, Kari and others who helped to operative and take care of our beloved Murphy, who had his spleen removed two weeks ago. I have no idea if they were clean... we were not able to accompany our puppy.

I will not be back until we can go into the office with our pets.

I was not able to see the facilities due to Covid and I believe in important medical situations at least one person should be able to come in with their pet. Hospitals for humans allow this and we are open, a veterinarian should be no different. My dog would not be alive today if not for Glenwood and I will always be grateful. Carrie was exceptional in her genuine and sincere care for my dog Murphy. Dr. Scheinberg is an amazing surgeon and I’m grateful for his attention to detail and skill.
