All of the AMH staff did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and helping me get an appointment as well as taking care of my cat while he needed to stay at AMH for the afternoon. They also graciously fielded my multiple calls to check on my cat (because I was worried about him).

It was a super easy and quick wellness check. I appreciate all the precautions you are taking while still being able to see my cat. Thank you!

Excellent customer service

Thank you so much for getting Lala in to be seen. She had acute gastritis and was pooping blood. The metro and probiotics helped extremely! Was feeling better in 24hrs! Called her regular vet and she said she would have done the same. Appreciate getting us in, Dr. Amy, staff, and all covid safety measures. Also having Metro in stock that I didn’t have to go to a compound pharm to get it!

Always a good experience with caring professionals

I really appreciated that they call my number back when they saw they had a missed call from me. I was feeling defeated not having much lucky with other clinics in the area being able to schedule an appointment over the phone or talk to a actually person. It was nice that they had a system where you didn t have to only schedule online. I felt their layout for coming in was very well thought out and much easier on the pets and owners. The veterinarian was very personable with my dog and examined him at his level and I appreciate that.

Everything was done from the car and I was unable to see the vet. When I got home I realized I had lots of questions and no paperwork to refer to other than my bill which was online. I’m sure the young lady who brought Gracie to me gave multiple answers but I really would prefer Everything in writing.
