This was my first time at Combs Vet Clinic and I was more than satisfied. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and they got me in immediately. The vet tech and the veterinarian (Dr. Pruett) were so nice and I could tell that they really cared about my cat. They did not rush me at all and really took their time, which I appreciated so much. I look forward to continue coming here!

I felt Jimi was in very good hands and so glad he has a Veterinarian I can take him to now that we have moved to Bloomington.

The only negative thing I have to say is when my husband arrived, he told the staff he was driving a grey F150. He waited almost an hour and the staff though he was driving a gold Honda. That was the appointment after ours. The time wasted was frustrating. The staff took amazing care of our Cooper. That is the most important thing. When it is time for our other animals to be see for their yearly appointment, we will be changing to the Combs practice.

I don’t know what I would do without everyone at Combs Veterinary Clinic. They are the best!

Everything was excellent as always, only thing was that our appointment was at 930. When we arrived at 930 and called the office, it went to a voicemail saying that you were closed. After waiting 30 mins for the appointment, I called back and come to find out the receptionist couldn t check the voicemail on that line. Because we are not regular patients, I had no idea that I needed to just keep calling. I hated that we had to sit there for 30 mins but was happy that we were still able to be seen. Maybe stream line the check in procedure by not having the voicemail option so that patients know to keep calling if there is no answer.

Waited about 25 minutes after appointment time for a room to be available, but then everyone was very friendly and helpful and accommodating once I got inside. I feel very comfortable coming back and trusting my pet here.

I appreciate it when the vet tells me ahead of time what something might cost (procedure, meds) before I finish up and get the bill.

I have been bringing my pets here for over 30 years and still to this day feel that Comb’s vet clinic is one of the very best in this field. They treat all pets as family with the best care possible.

Excess dog hair was on the ground, which my dog was trying to eat. If that could be swept up prior to the next visit that would be super helpful. Other than that it was a great experience!

Everything was great. Can’t tell you about cleanliness because you were kind enough to allow me to wait in car. My dog feeling much better. Thank you.

I had never been to combs before but my dog had an allergic reaction to something and her regular vet refused to see her. So I called combs and they got us right in less than a half an hour and we were on our way home with her doing much better. I’m going to switch all my animals to combs because I had such a great experience and was very easy to make an appointment for my new puppy too.

We’ve been coming to Combs for around 25 years & wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. All of the staff are so pleasant & caring. They explain everything clearly and show care & compassion in all stages of our pets lives.

The bill was higher than expected. Large costs should be discussed first before getting approval.

Cheyenne and Dr. Miller are amazing. They were patient and kind with us and our reactive dog Bear, putting all of us at ease. We could not have had a more positive experience. Thank you!

It is my fault for not asking but I would have never dreamed getting a cat spayed would be so expensive. Because I have been rescuing and rehoming lots of cats this summer I have used other vets for spaying. The cost at Combs makes the task of helping these cats more difficult. Again I should have asked. Everything else was excellent but the cost is prohibitive.

Short wait time. Staff were courteous and organized as always. :-)

Please allow for absolutely no contact curbside drop off. I had to remind the office assistant and tech more than once and even then the tech knocked on my window for the follow up.
