I cannot thank the veterinary technicians enough for their generous assistance with placing a 24- Hr Holter monitor on my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, Gus, as part of an ongoing clinical trial related to Congenital Ventricular Arrhythmias in Ridgebacks that often go undetected until a serious and often fatal cardiac event occurs, and often before 1 year of age. This study is to identify the gene(s) / genetic markers associated with this condition, so as to hopefully allow this to be ‘bred out’ of the breed. So very important and impactful, and yet I could never have managed to participate without having assistance from Gus’ veterinary staff. You all were amazing and I cannot thank you enough for your help and generosity in fitting him in under short notice! It’s also obvious that Gus loves you all!!!

I love Dr. Bill s! We have been taking our pets here for twenty years. We love Dr. Kelly, and the rest of the staff. I like how I am given a choice regarding treatment, too. Everyone is always so helpful!

As usual, everything was super friendly and patient with Babie. But Babie was not herself at all on this visit. Not sure what the combo was that got her into her …. state of mind. She was already on the other dogs, yet there was only three more dogs in the waiting room. So it wasn’t like there were A LIT of dogs, but I guess more than she was used to. And sadly she would not give the kind vet tech a chance, and just to be safe, we nuzzled her. First time, I ever had to do it. But when it was just me and the vet, everything was fine snd the vet was extremely kind also. Saying it’s okay, it happens. But I felt bad that everyone was so kind, and I couldn’t get through to Babie that it was okay. Let’s just say, I am glad the comment card isn’t about the way we were. We be lucky to get a star. Thankfully, it’s about the super stars at Dr.Bills instead.

Bentley is only comfortable with Ashley and her assistant that she always has with her (I forgot her name, sorry). They have been working with him since we rescued him from Turkey. He is very afraid of new people and scared of anything that has to be done to him. He has severe separation anxiety but he trust those two and they are so accommodating and patient not to mention gentle with him and it means the world to me. I love them both for caring for him as much as I do.

Love this place and the staff. Wait time is excellent and the staff is compassionate.

Dr. Steve has been amazing with our dog. He has spent so much time with her and with us. Despite a very busy day for him, he took his time with the appointment, and gave us sensible advice for both animal and humans involved. Continue to be very very satisfied with the practice and our veterinarian.

Visit was amazing. The dr spent so much time with us and seemed to really care that we understood our puppy’s situation and was very thorough with everything.

We hv been taking our babies to this Vet for many years. We love the employees and Dr. Steve is such an awesome Vet and really treats the pets so nice and their parents. Love Dr. Steve and so happy he taking over the business. We also love Dr. Bill and happy for him.
