We have been to 3 other vets over the last 13 years, (moved). This is the best Vet Office we have ever been to. They don t overbook, see you on time or within 10 minutes of your appointment time and spend time with you to answer all of my questions. I m so glad we found this office for Gunther! A+++ 10 Stars!

Sometimes we have to wait a while before being seen, but never more than 15-20 minutes which is acceptable. I very much appreciate the attention and time each vet is willing to spend with us; I often have several questions, and I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door. I have, and will continue to, recommend your practice.

We recently moved to this area and Dr. Bill s Infirmary came highly recommended. We have taken our precious cat, Oats, there and they have met and exceeded our expectations! The staff and doctors are top shelf!

Haven t been going to Dr. Bill s very long (4 months), but SO impressed every time with the amazing staff, the high quality care, and of course there s only one Dr. Bill. Thankful for you all! Recently Winston had to have surgery to remove a sock. As difficult as it was (is), we felt he was well cared for through the ordeal. Dr. Bill called with updates when he said he would and kept us informed. I ll be recommending this office anytime I can.

It was very easy. Did not take long to get an appointment. When we got there the wait was very short. The person that helped us was very friendly. Could not ask for more.

Dr Bill runs a very professional animal clinic. Over the years he has treated several pets for our family.

I was very grateful that Dr. Kate was able to take on the surgery given that we were given one day s notice that Dr. Bill s schedule had changed over the past week and could no longer do the surgery at the scheduled time. Dr. Kate took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
