There have been times when I’ve had to wait 45 minutes or longer past my appointment time, and while I find that to be frustrating in the moment, when you walk into the exam room and are able to ask as many questions as you like without feeling rushed and get explanations that help make sense of the medical terms, you understand how these doctors can end up running behind. They are absolutely amazing and you can feel the care and compassion they have for our furry family members. Thank you, Dr. Tapia, for loving our babies and not making us feel like a number in your practice. Keep doing what you’re doing because I’ve never seen it done so well!!

This business of waiting outside and not speaking directly with the Vet is for the birds. Surely, everyone who gives a damn is already fully inoculated. I speak directly to my physician and her staff, and fail to see the necessity of any less at my dog s veterinarian.

All of the staff members I either spoke with over the phone or spoke to in person, were extremely respectful, professional and friendly. I felt as if our visit was personal and important to them and that in return made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer and as a pet parent.
