The staff was very professional and ensured safety protocol was in place for our family pup. We had to wait in the vehicle until our puppy s appointment was complete due to the pandemic. We did covid curbside but the staff was amazing! The vet called us and told us everything we needed to know and shared a lot of tips and helpful information! This was our first visit. Xena is a large dog but very timid. I was really worried about how she would handle going in without us [COVID] but she did great! I couldn t be happier with the communication, explanation, and treatment. Two paws up.
