This business of waiting outside and not speaking directly with the Vet is for the birds. Surely, everyone who gives a damn is already fully inoculated. I speak directly to my physician and her staff, and fail to see the necessity of any less at my dog s veterinarian.

I felt as if our visit was personal and important to them and that in return made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer and as a pet parent.
