One of the ladies at your front counter was extremely short and rude. My wife and I both noticed immediately and were surprised that she was actually allowed to be up front with that attitude.

Great experience for my puppy s first visit! The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. That also called to check on my baby after the visit. Will recommend to all my friends.

Dr. Tapia was amazing as always. We never feel rushed during the appointment and she was great with explaining how to order our boy’s prescriptions through a third party supplier.

These folks are awesome. Front desk staff was kind when I booked our vet visit, attentive as soon as we walked in and ready to pet my pup and wish us farewell at the end of our visit. Dr. Mata and her staff were all hands on deck when working on my pups hotspot. They used some serious muscle and TLC to make sure my pup received the care he needed. Beyond words with everyone.

I appreciate Dr. Tapia working in Lady last minute between appointments and also taking the time to call me with several updates, send me a photo of Lady, and even schedule an appointment with a specialist. The doctors and staff at Amigo always go above and beyond to take care of our babies.

First time here and my dog and I were very satisfied! What I really appreciated was that no one was forcing unnecessary medications or things onto me to make my bill larger. I’ve found a lot of other vets do this so I was very happy to see that was not the case here!

The whole experience was great. We were seen in a timely matter and the staff was very friendly and thorough. I will definitely go back and take all my pets there in the future.

As a first time client, we arrived a little early since we are both disabled and our older great dane hard time getting in and out of vehicle. The young receptionist up front was not friendly or courteous or in greeting being first time clients. 1st thing she said you are early and u are going to have to wait your time. We said we understood but we had a hard time getting there. The Vet Tech i believe her name is gina? she is pregnant. She and the Vet Dr mata were very helpful and caring. Some jobs are not meant for everyone, might need a pulse check with the young receptionist in the front

Aubrey went above and beyond in helping with Blue s nail trim and giving him his Bordatello immunization.

We had taken our dog to another vet several times & spent several hundred only to have the treatments be unsuccessful. I have a very hard time being told “we just don’t know, but try this now & see if it works.” So thankful to finally start seeing improvement with our dog.

I brought my dog in for blood work, everyone was very nice but afterwards I was just standing there, no one said anything, there was no communication as to why I was standing there waiting. I was there about 5 minutes before they took me to check out. Communication is key.

We have always been treated with utmost care and courtesy! Love the whole staff!
