This week was my first time visiting and I’m very happy

My appointment was scheduled at 4:00 and was not seen by the doctor until 4:45. I was having a very hectic day and was in a time crunch. I rushed to be there on time. I was given dewormer and other medicine for my dog and was given no instructions. I had to probe for answers. I was also trying to ask for pricing and wasn’t really given any info. I wanted to know an estimate for how much it is to neuter my dog and what is my expected price for my next visit when my dog will be given boosters.

When calling for lab status the staff that answered the phone 2 different times seemed frustrated with me asking. I was told i don t need to call back i will get a call back when labs are ready. I only called cause usually Dr Tapia is pretty quick with call backs she was out I just wanted to make sure my dog s issue didn t fall threw the cracks.

Thanks for everything y all do. The level of service from this clinic is unmatched, and your endless care and compassion is always appreciated.

I was so pleased with Dr. Tapia how much time she took to explain how to take care of my Twinkles since he was diagnosed as a diabetic cat. Dr. Tapia even gave me a prescription for cat food which I was not able to get from the other vet. I am very satisfied with Amigo Animal Hospital. I wish I had taken him there in the first place. After seeing the Vet, I was told that Davidson had allergies and was given an allergy shot along with pills to take care of the redness on his chest. The redness is almost completely gone. Thank you!

One of the receptionists was very unpleasant and rude, both on the phone and in person. I believe her name is Ana. Thankfully Dr. Tapia, the other receptionist, and the get techs were all very nice! After speaking with Ana (the rude receptionist) on the phone and when I arrived, I was ready to cancel my appointment and never return. She gave me a terrible first impression of AAH. After my dog s follow up appointment, I will probably not return because of how rude the receptionist was. It s a shame that such a rude person is the first contact customer have.

I was really pleased with the service the amount of time the Dr. took to explain my pets needs, the technician was amazing too, my pet and I were very comfortable with the care he received.

I am very happy with the special attention my two fur babies received during our first visit. We look forward to a long relationship with your clinic.

One of the ladies at your front counter was extremely short and rude. My wife and I both noticed immediately and were surprised that she was actually allowed to be up front with that attitude.

Great experience for my puppy s first visit! The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. That also called to check on my baby after the visit. Will recommend to all my friends.

Dr. Tapia was amazing as always. We never feel rushed during the appointment and she was great with explaining how to order our boy’s prescriptions through a third party supplier.

These folks are awesome. Front desk staff was kind when I booked our vet visit, attentive as soon as we walked in and ready to pet my pup and wish us farewell at the end of our visit. Dr. Mata and her staff were all hands on deck when working on my pups hotspot. They used some serious muscle and TLC to make sure my pup received the care he needed. Beyond words with everyone.
