I have never had any of my fur babies taken such good care of, the staff was exceptional, I was spoken to in layman terms that I could understand and left feeling as though I had information that made me feel empowered to care for my pet. They genuinely cared about him, and even called the following day to check on us, cant thank them enough. Kudo s to this staff for the care they give.

I waited over an hour before I was shown into a room to be seen by the vet. I appreciated that the x rays were taken in that time, but in total 1 and 1/2 hours at the vet was too long

#5 - the bill was not explained but I didn t ask any questions either.

Staff was excellent even under the pressure of intermittent IT issues. They maintained themselves at a professional level with smiles on their faces (No huffing or puffing!) and the care for the puppy my daughter brought home was completed in a sensible amount of time and with a caring follow up.

I have a deaf baby, Dr. Bushnell sat down on the floor with her.... at the time it didnt occur to me why? After thinking of it, it made sense... she was getting on eye level with Baelee. The entire staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was my first experience that the vet technician and doctor take their time to explain what s going on and make me and my dog feel at ease and comfortable. Loved this place!
