The staff at the front desk were SUPER amicable with my cat and I. The vet s assistant Yessenia and the vet really took care of my cat with tenderness and respect. That is important to me and I TOTES appreciate and recommend this vet practice.

Redland Animal Hospital is wonderful! The staff is kind and so very helpful. Thank you!

Waiting time is long. This is twice now I’ve had to wait a long time before being seen for annuals. But there had been other times where we have been seen right away. I understand things happen and emergencies are priority, our dogs are our BABIES! But if someone called that morning and said hey we are running behind come 30 or 40 mins later etc. This is what our previous vet did similar to most of the new ERs especially if you are close to your office. Other than that Savanna and Stephanie are always amazing. Answer all my questions, patient, caring etc. Thank you!

I have never had any of my fur babies taken such good care of, the staff was exceptional, I was spoken to in layman terms that I could understand and left feeling as though I had information that made me feel empowered to care for my pet. They genuinely cared about him, and even called the following day to check on us, cant thank them enough. Kudo s to this staff for the care they give.

I waited over an hour before I was shown into a room to be seen by the vet. I appreciated that the x rays were taken in that time, but in total 1 and 1/2 hours at the vet was too long

#5 - the bill was not explained but I didn t ask any questions either.

For elderly cats, house calls are the only way to go! Thanks so much, Dr. Novy, Kymmie and Jess for taking the time to do so. Uneventful and calming.

Staff was excellent even under the pressure of intermittent IT issues. They maintained themselves at a professional level with smiles on their faces (No huffing or puffing!) and the care for the puppy my daughter brought home was completed in a sensible amount of time and with a caring follow up.

You can credit my account for visit. You said card was rejected so I gave you another card. The charges came thru on both cards. I called but whoever answered didn t know what I was talking about. I am out of town. Will come in when I get home. Charges were made April 30. $118.00 twice
