The waiting time for my appointment was very long, 30-40 minutes after my scheduled time. Front office staff was very nice. Once into the appointment I found that with one of the veterinary techs, her comments were coarse and borderline presumptuous. The veterinarian was wonderful. Overall, I was satisfied with the care received but wait time and presentation of information could use some improvement.

Suni is such a joy! She is so amazing with my fur baby. She took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. She repeatedly makes my visits so easy and enjoyable. Jaime as well is so sweet! Everything and everyone is incredibly sweet and so professional.

The staff at the front desk were SUPER amicable with my cat and I. The vet s assistant Yessenia and the vet really took care of my cat with tenderness and respect. That is important to me and I TOTES appreciate and recommend this vet practice.

Waiting time is long. This is twice now I’ve had to wait a long time before being seen for annuals. But there had been other times where we have been seen right away. I understand things happen and emergencies are priority, our dogs are our BABIES! But if someone called that morning and said hey we are running behind come 30 or 40 mins later etc. This is what our previous vet did similar to most of the new ERs especially if you are close to your office. Other than that Savanna and Stephanie are always amazing. Answer all my questions, patient, caring etc. Thank you!

I have never had any of my fur babies taken such good care of, the staff was exceptional, I was spoken to in layman terms that I could understand and left feeling as though I had information that made me feel empowered to care for my pet. They genuinely cared about him, and even called the following day to check on us, cant thank them enough. Kudo s to this staff for the care they give.
