We’ve been coming to Dr. Ketchem for around 15 years and wouldn’t even think about going any where else. We used to live in Sparta but we now live in Springfield. I will always make the drive to see all the sweet kind staff.

Everybody was friendly except..the woman on the far left at the front desk as you come in. She was indifferent and unwelcoming..I didn t know if I was even supposed to talk to her. She made no effort to talk to me or help us. Taylor, the tech girl was super, super friendly and so nice to my dog, which is most important. She couldn t have been better...kind, friendly, thorough. Dr.Truit was very nice and didn t rush us through the appointment. She explained things thoroughly, gave me time to ask questions, and was interested in my dog. I really like her. The nurse was very kind too. I was uncomfortable with my dog having to walk through rock salt to get into the office..not good for his pads. It was a warm day...sweep it up!

Easily the friendliest staff ever. Always understanding & helpful dealing with Hank, a difficult young fellow at best. Always honest & helpful answering my questions and offering helpful advice. Everyone is friendly & helpful. A special shout out to Dr. Linn & Ashley. We drive miles out of our way for our vet!

The young lady who aided Dr. Lynn was great! She was sensitive enough to realize that it is difficult for me to walk so she took my dog out to the car for me! I have been bringing pets to Ozark Vet for 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the care my pets have received!

We did not care for the lady that weighed Lily and took us to the examination room. She doesn t fit the culture of the rest of the team. She was short with us, had no sense of humor and we both didn t care for her attitude. We would like to request someone else to check us in next time. The Doctor came in and made everything better, he is an amazing man. We have been clients for several years with several dogs and have never had a negative experience. Perhaps some bedside manner training would be helpful for the person that checked us into the room. Thank -you, Jim, Jan and Lily Pulley

We received a bill afterwards for something we didn t request or receive. We asked for annual shots only for our cats as usual. We didn t ask for the amount that was billed after we left. When we left, we had already paid. The additional amount included fecal float. Wouldn t you need cat poop for that? They didn t poop there and we didn t bring any. I can t imagine why that was on an invoice later.

We have been coming to this Vet since we moved to Ozark and when the office was on 3rd Street! We have always enjoyed the service here and always glad to come in where we have been coming for around 23 years!

We were scheduled to see Dr Truit with our dog Sarg. We were put in a room and forgotten about. My Granddaughter eventually went out to see why we had been waiting so long . The vet had been seeing walking and didn t know we were there. We won t be back unless we can see Dr Linn . Also seeking a second opinion for our dog at another vet. She said both eyes need removed and gave us some drops.
