My only concern was trying to sign up for an appointment on-line. Didn t have any success there, so I called and got the appointment talking to the attendant. May I just didn t know how to navigate the web page, but it wasn t intuitively obvious.

I waited one hour for a first time wellness exam. The absolute longest I ve EVER waited for ANY appointment. The vet was wth me ten minutes, exceptional for an hour wIt. Yuk. Dont know if I ll return based on your excessive wIt times.

I didn t think after a disaterous encounter 5 years ago i would ever come back. I heard great things about DR.Jessica. All true I m sure. Word of mouth is truth. I do feel very comfortable my girl needs help in her senior years so glad I have a Vet I can trust.
