I didn’t complete this because I was not sure what was a high rating and what was a low rating as there were no indicators. The visit was great, friendly, informative, and Jessica was super as always.

This was our first visit. We used the boarding service. Love that you include a bath on pick up day.! Would have like feedback on how our dog Did during her stay. Did she eat well ? It was a new experience for her & it would help us to know if she did well as to board again in the future. Thank you for all you do & your location is great.

I had to wait 25 minutes. I realize that unforeseen problems arise, and just as I want the best for my pets, so does everyone else and that takes time. Judging by the number of patients, you are growing and well thought of. I would suggest a couple more benches so we can social distance.And maybe 2 at the front desk at all times during business hours.

Enjoyed our first visit. I think we will be back.

I was disappointed that none of the front desk staff were wearing masks while interacting with patients.

Extremely friendly to my dog, I was very happy with that because I got the feeling my last vet did not like Rottweilers. I fully believe that this facility gives quality service to both the owner and the animal. Very happy with my experience! I won t hesitate to bring my dog back!

Fantastic staff, this is a top notch facility...and everyone agrees, they are always busy but they still get you in and out in a timely manner.

The staff were not wearing masks and got their faces very close to me, which made me very uncomfortable. I don t understand how medical people would not understand the benefits of masks and social distancing at this time.

The relaxed mask wearing policy really bothered me and my family as we would suffer greatly under the worse circumstances, particularly since after a spay giving a bath is not recommended. I felt their could have been more information regarding what to expect with my pet after her surgery and that the whole ordeal felt very impersonal compared to previous visits.

Literally the best vet experience for both me and my kitty.

I would not have made an appointment had I known that no employees were going to be wearing masks unless you asked. As health care providers I would think you understand that you put people at risk by only putting masks on off and on throughout your day. I saw one person pull their mask out of their pocket - understanding proper infection control made me cringe to see that. I will be finding another vet for my pet.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Animal Health Center. They have been our vet since we got our Blue Tick Hound 3 1/2 years ago. Not only have they been great for regular visits, but we had an emergency when our pup was younger and they got us right in and performed an emergency surgery that went really well. Most recently our dog was acting strange and had concerning diarrhea and they were able to get her in and seen within an hour and a half even though they were booked that day. They truly care about animals and their care. I would definitely recommended them to anyone!

Totally awesome vets to work with. We appreciate their honesty and their opinions. They always put the animals first!

As a medical facility I would think you d wear masks

I appreciated all you did for my little friend Max. He is so sweet my best friend. He seems a little better with the pain medication. Thank you to all.

I was disappointed that the providers asked if I wanted them to wear a mask. I feel that in a professional environment such as a veterinary center masks should be required by staff and highly encouraged by human clients. Being a healthcare provider myself, I firmly support wearing a mask as the new norm to aide in decreasing COVID transmission.

Friendly staff & got in the same day I called. Will use this clinic again in the future-great job by all!

Thanks for getting us in on a late Friday afternoon. Benji is doing better and it looks like the dx and treatments from Dr. Avery were spot on. Good job as we have come to expect over the years.
