Staff and vets are always helpful and informative.

Facility was very clean as always, the reception staff was kind and speedy. Was put into a room quickly but we waited in the room for 45-50 minutes before seeing a doctor. Which I had poked my head out of the room after 40ish minutes to make sure no one forgot about us. The exam was quick and efficient. I’m happy with the exam and the care my dog received, but the wait time was EXCESSIVE.

The office is always so willing to get my dogs in to be seen. I would like to thank everyone so much.

We’ve been going here for and and at one time or another have seen all the Drs. We have always left happy with the treatment of both us and our pet’s received.

I would like to be my kids when they are seen by dr...also they had their nails trimmed and would liked to have spoke with Dr about what kind of clippers would be best

Once I realized MWV had an online portal making an appointment was very simple. That being said, I got pretty frustrated when I was put on ‘perpetual Hold.’ Perhaps a statement of ‘Our system has changed. Please use our online portal to schedule your appointment.’

Everyone is fantastic. Dr. Troy is unbelievable with his compassion towards animals. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

I appreciate the excellent care and extra Love that are shown to my 3 kiddos , truly appreciated.

The from office staff was not very friendly and they didn’t take time to explain anything on my bill. They also didn’t seem super organized and because of that there was a ton of waiting….
