Once I realized MWV had an online portal making an appointment was very simple. That being said, I got pretty frustrated when I was put on ‘perpetual Hold.’ Perhaps a statement of ‘Our system has changed. Please use our online portal to schedule your appointment.’

Everyone is fantastic. Dr. Troy is unbelievable with his compassion towards animals. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

Again, they treat my furbabies like they are their own, they do not try and get extra money for issues that are not necessary and truly have their customer s best interest at heart! Would not trust anyone else with my furbabies!

Great service

I almost always but 6 month to a year s worth of flea & tick and heartworm medication. Due to buying when I m in the office (and not when I m out), extra time was required because my last purchase was over a year (due to the extra medication I had on hand when I purchased a year s worth.) Pet records need to be annotated to reflect that. I won t be buying a year s worth again. Only 6 months at best.
