Wonderful place!

Have always received excellent care.

I was able to get a same day appointment and had a great experience with all of the vet techs. However, the waiting room was very busy for such a small space and the veterinarian that tended to my pit bull mix seemed to have judged my dog based on his stocky build and appearance. I was there to have his eye looked at and despite being restrained with a harness and muzzle, the veterinarian made comments suggesting he was aggressive. He also brought us away from other animals during check out even though my dog was still restrained and did not bark or show any aggression towards other animals there. I have brought my dog there numerous times before and have not had an experience or any other issues with my dog and other animals like this before. The vet tech that helped during our visit was great and very friendly, even offering suggestions for administering the medication after our visit was over. I was not happy with the veterinarian and will choose to see another doctor for my next visit.

We would like to thank Dr. Olive for the time she spent with us regarding our dog. She took the time to explain the test results and treatment options, we ve never had a vet take that amount of time with us. We appreciate her kind, caring and compassionate attitude. Me and all my pets are very thankful for Dr. Poling.

I ve never had anything but positive experiences when I ve taken my dog or cats here. Never had to wait long, the receptionists and techs get everything ready quickly for the doctor. All the doctors have given my pets quality and compassionate care. I always recommend AA&BH to my pet owning friends.

Dr. Poling and Dr. Putkonin have always been wonderful in taking care of our dogs.
