I take my kitties here because this vet is the best of the best. The veterinarians here make you feel like they genuinely care about you and your animals, and they take their time with you. I ve never felt pushed to make any medical decision either, which is a nice change of pace from other vets. When I found out my cat had diabetes, they were so good with explaining things to me - and also encourage you to call later if you have more questions. I d never go anywhere else! 6 stars!

I can t thank Westlock Veterinary Center enough for providing such great care for my precious pup during an emergency. I called the after hours emergency number and after a quick phone conversation, I was reassured that a doctor will be waiting for me. Dr. Tanis greeted me and we were quickly brought back. She was wonderful with Minnie.

Our last visit was quiet long waiting in the truck but understandable, we were still very happy with the result. Had to wait half an hour to see the doctor?? Was difficult to maneuver my walker in the parking lot- parking blocks were in the way.

Every thing was clearly explained to us, and no pressure was used to sway our decision one way or another. I had to make a call regarding payment, and it was dealt with clearly and quickly. We would recommend Westlock Veterinary Clinic, and we live in Sherwood Park.

Was asked if my dog scratched his ears or shook head as he had dirty ear wax. I said no and explained he likes to roll in dirt/dust. She said she was going I swab it but didn’t tell me it would cost 15$. I would have appreciated knowing it was going to cost something.

We were treated by Dr. Sven and as always you all are incredible. We have also been treated by Dr Lawrence(Colin and Rob) and Dr. Lewis. We are continually amazed at your ability and desire to work WITH us to determine ailment and necessary treatment and TEACH us. We have learned a tremendous amount through you working with us in each individual case. We appreciate your time, respect your advice and value your commitment to teaching your clients so we can all work together to be better farmers and animal owners. Thank you. The only comment would be extended hours (ie partial Sundays), having said this we appreciate your after hours care and recognize the need for your own balanced lives.

The TobraDex that Dr. Hrycun prescribed for Ranger s inflamed eye is working. Happier dog!
