We were waiting in the room for more than a half hour before the Dr came in. My dogs were getting very restless. When she came in she apologized and explained there was a situation with her last patient; which I u destined can happen but it would have been nice to have been given the option to take my boys out to pee again. They are 11 and 16 and they can get anxious. Other wise the care we get is stellar!

Ist time having Jolene as our vet. She is the best vet we have had there yet. Besides being kind and caring, she actually listened to what my hubby and I had to say. She showed her concern about our dog and how sick he really is.

Very professional. I brought in my cat with behavioural troubles, the vet we had(Tanis) was amazing with listening, trouble shooting and recommended treatment moving forward.

I really appreciate the time and attention Dr. Sven provided to us and our young horse during his pre-purchase exam, as well as the time he took to contact the buyer and discuss findings. His assessment facilitated our successful sale and we re excited to have our horse travel to North Carolina this weekend! Additionally, Carissa was great in walking us through the process for acquiring the lab paperwork required to cross the boarder. We d highly recommend the team at Westlock Vet to anyone requiring emergency or routine assistance on their equine pals! Thanks to everyone!
