Very good doctor. Lost of good information was giving. Prompt service even know will live pretty far north. Only request, a second vet location in the boyle area.

Wonderful veterinary clinic!!! From reception to vet, we received excellent service. Not ridiculous pricing either.

The staff fit us in when I called, even though it would be after hours. Dr Sven did a wonderful job treating my cow. Explained everything as he went along. Followed up the next evening with a phone call. The cow is doing great. I could not be happier with the service.

We were able to get an appointment as a first time visit on short notice and I can not thank you enough for the excellent care given to Buddy. He is terrified to go to the vet and after a couple stressful experiences elsewhere I decided it was time to go to Westlock. The time spent by the vet to gain Buddy s trust before examining him was so appreciated by Buddy and myself. Even though he had to have an uncomfortable procedure done he still was not anxious and shaking as in previous experiences. I also greatly appreciate the time taken to sedate him and investigate further :) Thank you a million times over!

Great service and very friendly staff

I would recommend the clinic to other farmers. Wish clinic was closer to the Fort Saskatchewan area.

Overall was a great experience. Could truly feel the level of care they had for my dog. My only recommendation would be for the x-rays/x-ray tech. The x-rays done at Westlock did not have my dog in the correct position thus making it look like her heart was elevated. Once I got back to my normal vet in Uncas, X-rays had to be taken again with her in the correct position and thus finding out her heart was not actually elevated. Just frustrating as I had to paid for two sets of x-rays in two days.

I travel over 4 hours just for the amazing service. We have always had great service with this clinic by far our favorite vet in alberta.

I feel everything was handled great, and the service was awesome. The only thing I feel that was missing was a statement as to what was found and what was done. The bill gave me a brake down of costs but not of what was done.

My visit to the clinic was excellent , everyone busy but still took the time to acknowledge we had arrived . My 2 cats and I where treated very well . All questions and concerns where addressed . Again was an excellent visit . Thank you
