Megan Dick gave me exceptional service in that she provided thorough information and recommendations for my dogs conditions. I never felt rushed by her and I was given ample time to go over all of my concerns. Thank you so much Megan! The front staff was busier than I had ever experienced and was a little less friendly than usual, but I chalk that up to having been extremely busy during my last visit. I will not take my pets to any other vet clinic - it is well worth the drive from St. Albert. Thank you!

I have had a very stressful couple weeks which was made worse by my dog becoming sick very suddenly. Dr. Jackson (as always) went above and beyond to be available to see my dog and get him treatment, even making herself available while she was out of the office. I’m beyond grateful for everything she has done for me and my dog. It helps to know I have the support for him from a vet who truly cares about his well being.
