It seemed as though the receptionist was new so I m willing to take that into consideration but I was not met warmly and it seemed like I was imposing even though we had an appointment. The Donna and Dr. May were great but I would like a more friendly greeting upon arrival.

My dog hasn t seen vet in 6 years and I was worried about him possibly having diabetes. We came in and the staff was so kind and caring to my and my old man (14 year old Border Collie). I was treated with so much respect and even tho Buddy had to be muzzled to be manipulated (he snaps when scared and has almost no vision) the staff was so gentle with him. Dr. May let me know everything and thankfully he only had a UTI and nothing any more serious. I am glad to have decided to choose your facility. The staff is just amazing and honest with costs and treatments. Thank you so much.

This clinic is the best. Every test and step was explained to me Very well. The first call I received Monday morning was to know how my Baby was doing after Saturday s appt. The vet called me later on to explain the test results. The care and compassion is the best! Thank you for caring.

I have always been well pleased with the care given my dog. I especially like the fact that I can now check out in the exam room instead of at the front desk. My dog gets anxious plus she LOVES other dogs, so if I have to be at the front desk very long it s difficult for me. Thanks!!
