I m not sure if 1 or if 5 is excellent. Clicking on the stars doesn t seem to help. BTW Dr. Clevenger and her Tech Kristin are the absolute BEST! There seems to be a problem with the volume on the phones...some receptionists I can hear fine, others are too soft. It s part software and part the differences in speaking volume of the receptionists. Finally, Kristin and Dr. Clevenger spent a lot of time with Toonie and explored all aspects of his health. Thank YOU.

Everything went smoothly for all of Tallulah s visits. I miss 2 things: 1) a follow-up phone call after surgeries and 2) complimentary nail trim with a surgery. I must say, her first visit she was shaking so badly. The second visit for surgery, she only trembled a little, then stopped, so I know she had been treated very kindly there, as usual. When I got her back from surgery, she was not distressed at all. I know she was on meds, but some of my other animals still showed some distress after surgeries. She even loved up on her carrier and blanket after we got home, showing comfortableness and gratitude for the care and relief from pain that she got. I always recommend your practice to others! Thanks for your excellent standard of care.

Maggie had her teeth cleaned and I appreciated knowing right away what they found and that she was waking up.
