Aspen was embraced with love, compassion, and more than adequate care from Dr. Mel and Kate, her assistant. Thank you! We felt genuinely heard and we concurred with the assessment and medical plan. The bill was about what we anticipated, including medications.

This visit for Maxee was with Ray instead of me,he really doesn t know the staff as I do. Everyone is always more than helpful.

The vet was obviously not a cat person which made my cat on edge.

I had to wait nearly 40 mins to see the vet, which seems high. Also something is not working with the survey because I was not able to select the star rating for several questions.

I refer friends all the time! I trust the care my pets recieve and know everyone working at Pikes Peak Veterinary loves animals.

Regarding the wait time, we were taken to an office very soon after arriving, but then had to wait about 25 minutes in the small office where our dog was feeling very anxious. Nobody came in to tell us why we had to wait so long. Other than that, we were very pleased with the doctor and service.

I really appreciate the follow up calls.

I felt and feel so good with Dr Kaufer on our case. She was very knowledgeable and showed such compassion for Minnie and me. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a caring Veterinarian!

Dr. Carie is so thoughtful, helpful and thorough— she is so caring and I trust her with my dog so much!

I do know the vet was friendly and Kudo liked her a lot. It was a long wait time, but she is not familiar with Kudo and needed to read up on him before seeing him. I did appreciate her effort. The time spent in the room was long, but she apologized. Kudo gave her a kiss, so all was well.

I am just so happy to be able to come to a clinic where I know I will learn more, work with knowledgeable doctors and nurses and the entire staff love my dog! It is so reassuring to have such trust in people like are on staff at PPVC!

I clicked on 5 stars for every category, but nothinbg shows up on the screen. I would suggest you fix this so people know their response went through. I really appreciated the staff and the doctor who took care of my cat. Very personalized care. I am switching services to Pikes Peak Vet after 18 years at another clinic that has become too big and impersonal. Highly recommend Pikes Peak Vet.
