The only reason for the three star question is that I originally called on Saturday with an urgent issue. After hearing what was wrong it was determined to not be an emergency and I was asked if I could bring my dog in Monday. It worked out fine and everything else was superb but would have liked to have been seen on Saturday. I understand there were no appointments and it was deemed a non emergency but to a pet owner it doesn’t always feel like a non emergency when your pet is sick. Just a minor gripe really. Other than that it was an outstanding visit and I always feel taken care of when I bring my pets in.

Great clinic! Called to schedule an appointment and was able to make it in that day, minimal to no wait time, friendly staff, and was told prices of treatment prior to treatment. No complaints!

Dr. Sean Huffman and staff are ALL very friendly, compassionate and helpful. Although there are other veterinarians near by, I drive to Best Friends Animal Hospital just because of the staff.

I was able to get in right away and have Panda checked. She had cancer and the Vet could tell and didn t do blood tests and run up the bill. I ve always had good experiences at Best Friends. I recommend it to everyone.

We have come here for a long time and always get great care for Louie!

I really think this is a first rate place to take your pets. I believe the staff/Vets care as much as I do about my canine kids. We may not always agree but I have never left the office not getting answers or what I need for my pets. When I had to put my beloved dog down;....the staff and Vet treated the entire process with such class from beginning to the end. It was a tough day in our life but they made it easier to process, knowing they put her to sleep for life without any suffering on our beloved dog. Thanks so much to everyone!
