Looking forward to the new space.I find the reception desk staff friendly, Knowledgeable, and professional.The Vet Technicians ask the right question, friendly, and always treat our animals with compassion as do the veterinarians. I find that that veterinarians are open minded when it comes to alternative methods. Our Dogs are always well cared for at Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital. I also appreciate all the follow calls. Sometimes I feel like the Rx and extensive testing is a little overboard. I know the dr s want to be thorough, as well as make a profit, but I d like to just be able to bring my dog in for her regular maintenance and not be informed of all the other treatments and tests the vet recommends for ailments I didn t even bring my dog in for?!?

You all are great. My dog is sweet, but aggressive in a vet situation. As anxious as I get, you all made me feel at ease. Thanks SO much!

Dr Moore was our first choice, but it was her surgery day, so got an apt with Dr Turek. Very pleasant, helpful and took great care of our baby. Even though more of a cat person, he loved on our baby & made her comfortable. And not to be forgotten, Natalie at the front is the best, as always! Thanks and Happy New Year to all!

Dr. Cardenas was friendly and very thorough with my dog. I would recommend Oak Forest Vet to my friends and neighbors.

Office facilities were clean, but old and dated making them look unclean. Some Front office personnel were texting when I went to pay my bill and did not acknowledge that I was there waiting. A simple hello, we are waiting for your paperwork, it ll be just a minute would be nice.

There seem to be a lot of new people there. It would be helpful if new vet techs introduced themselves. The vet who helped me introduced herself, but I had no idea who the first guy was and whether he was a tech or a vet.

I really like Dr Cardenes. She takes the time to answer my questions about my pet and calls me back promptly if I have a question.
