Dr. Cardenas was friendly and very thorough with my dog. I would recommend Oak Forest Vet to my friends and neighbors.

Office facilities were clean, but old and dated making them look unclean. Some Front office personnel were texting when I went to pay my bill and did not acknowledge that I was there waiting. A simple hello, we are waiting for your paperwork, it ll be just a minute would be nice.

There seem to be a lot of new people there. It would be helpful if new vet techs introduced themselves. The vet who helped me introduced herself, but I had no idea who the first guy was and whether he was a tech or a vet.

I really like Dr Cardenes. She takes the time to answer my questions about my pet and calls me back promptly if I have a question.

I was dropping off and picking up instead of coming in for a regular appointment. Dr. Box called and explained the cat s condition very clearly, which I really appreciate.

We have been bringing our pets to Oak Forest Veterinary Clinic since 1981 (Dr. Griffith and Dr. Green), and we have always been pleased with the care that we have received. Keep up the good work!
