I am eternally grateful for the staff who examined Lazlo. If they had not been thorough, and requested an X-ray we would have not known he had 2 collapsed lungs. We are currently at Gulf Coast Vet in the ICU to treat pneumothorax. If the staff at OF had not been thorough we would have never discovered this and would have possibly allowed him to suffer. This was my first time at this location and I have to say I’m impressed. Not only was the facility nice but so was each member of the staff that I encountered. The vet came across as genuinely concerned about my dog and made me feel very comfortable. We have long taken our dog to “chain” type vets because he only needed vaccinations but now that he’s 6 years old we figure we had better find a vet that knows him. Looks like we have found our new home.

You all are wonderful! Our only suggestion: Offer all your new patients the option of participating in those adorable first visit social media posts. Yasmin wants to be one of your top social media influencers!

The staff is very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this service to everyone.

I walked in and they said this must be Hank and I did not even need to do anything. Within minutes we were in a room with a nurse. Then the doctor came in and introduced himself and did not rush the appointment. No lines. I appreciate that they let you wait in the car and will come out to the car to get you when they are ready if you have a pet that is nervous. They did that for someone while I was there.

While I resent the survey already being populated with 5 stars on each question, y all did earn them. Everything was nice and clean and y all tasted me and my cat very well. The only downside was the harness recommendation. The harness suggested is made to fit dogs and as such, did not fit my cat at all even though I tried two sizes. Now I m back to the pet store again to find one made for cats.

We love the care they give our babies. They are the best!

I really liked Dr. Douglass(?). She provided my pets with the most thorough exam I have had since coming to OFV. I did not feel rushed even though there were a lot of people trying to see the vet on Sat.

Everyone was just wonderful, no lengthy wait time, & of course, Dr. Rainer was fantastic !

Flip got 1st class and timely care (never saw a dog that enjoys his Vet. visits so much) ...the Vitamin A already seems to be working, but I need to know when to cut back on the dosage. I ll call this week.

wonderful! Dr.Crocker and her technician that day (so sorry, I can t remember her name) were amazing. The tech took her time to review her history, even knowing I am a tech at another vet clinic. She was phenomenal. Dr. Crocker was open and friendly, doing a thorough exam and genuinely caring about my little rescue project frenchie.

Doctor Moore and the Oak Forest Vet staff are wonderful! I would recommend them to any pet parent who is looking for the perfect vet visit!
