Was very impressed with my visit. The vet patiently answered all of my questions in detail over the phone. Best veterinary customer service I’ve experienced in the Covid lockdown. Felt just like a personal visit even though it was all curbside. Have a 3 rating on facilities as I was unable to see inside.

Cannot respond to Question 5 as COVID-19 is forcing patient/pet parents to wait outside in their cars. The logistics of the facility is great though. Very attentive and competent staff from receptionists, to techs to vets.. highly impressed.

Sailor likes this place because everyone is so cheerful and friendly to him... and that s what I like too, the people. Plus, high prices I ve been warned about haven t been happening, and I hope visits keep staying reasonable because I feel confident taking my dog here.

Was not made aware it was curbside take your pet and I couldn t be with my baby during her examination. While in this case it was ok. It would have been nice to know when I made the appointment

We did not get our receipt even though we were told it would be brought out. We thought it was in the bag with the medication, but it was not.

This was Squeaks first visit to Oak Forest Vet. I adopted her 1 week before her visit. Liked the friendliness of the staff, on the phone, and in all other facets. Really liked Dr. Weiss and how she took time to really explain the outcome of Squeaks exam!

The team - Dr. Crocker, Abby, and Natalie are awesome. In this difficult time dealing with the deadly coronavirus, we appreciate being able to take our four pawed kids to be treated at our veterinary clinic. The staff are heroes too.
