We were visiting family in Houston when our dog, Charlie, got sick. We are from Tyler, Texas. The staff at your office and Dr. Nelson were so kind, friendly, informed, and helpful. It was a great experience, and I wish that you had an office in Tyler, because we would certainly make you our regular veterinarian.

My dog had no concerns about going inside without me- a testament to the staff.

The staff was very friendly when I called & when they picked up my dog from the car. Brandi was a little feisty & I was happy they didn’t have to muzzle her. The Dr called & informed me of the shots that were given to Brandi & informed me of how well she behaved. I was very happy with their service. Great job Oak Forest Veterinary!!

Everything was excellent as usual with Oak Forest Vet! I really appreciate the staff returning Riley to us as quickly as they did after his blood testing.

They were so sweet and accommodating with our sensitive and nervous little buddy. They promptly came out to pick up Rosco and immediately called to reassure us that he was doing well. Louie s appointment was great, the staff was great. My only comment is your price quote for neuter is very high. I cannot afford the surgery with your office when many other affordable and safe neuter options exist. Louie will continue to see your clinic for his other needs however. Thank you for everything !
