Our visit was outside the office and the people we dealt with were friendly and answered all of our questions and informed us as to what was going on. The vet talked to us by phone and informed us as to what was going on with our dogs and what prescriptions were needed and how to use them. There was also a follow-up phone call the next day to see how Bella was doing. We are very satisfied with the care are dogs are receiving.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The service is always very professional, friendly and helpful by everyone.

Due to covid-19 restrictions I did not see inside the facility this time, but my previous experiences were very positive regarding cleanliness of the office. Very courteous and informative personnel, very good experience.Thank you.

Wonderful care and treatment. The issues with my dog were explained clearly and the instructions for his medications were easy to follow. It is clear that all of the folks working at this practice care deeply about their 4 legged clients. Highly recommended

Things are very different now but I have always found everything spotless. The set up right now doesn t work for us. We don t have a cell phone. I know got to be very unusual these days, but we can t let you know we are there. Notsurewhat the solition is as we are probably the only ones.

A big thank you to Emily for keeping track of the bills and taking the time to manually fill out the Trupanion forms and mailing them because of an electronic issue in the system. I totally appreciated all of her time and effort as it went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally the Vet team approach (Dr. Morrow and Dr. Todd) of care continues to be awesome as they take extra time over the phone to explain and answer any questions ensuring that I can always make informed choices as to the best route for treatment and care. The fact that they took the extra time to consult with our Vet in Richmond Hill was exceptional and such a comfort knowing that the care for Tuffy was seamless. Please know that we appreciate and thank all of the staff at The Minden Animal Hospital!!
