Outside only due to Covid19

I was happy with the service provided yesterday for Tigger and Lacey. Actually easier than coming in to the waiting room to wait. Maybe this is the way of future visits until there is a vaccine for COVID-19. Elva Clayton

I can’t answer the last question since I wasn’t allowed inside the facility due to your COVID procedures. The staff members I spoke with were excellent.

Just two things... I was to receive a call today to discuss package options for the first year but didn’t receive a call. I did mention that I was interested but I just want to be able to jot down details. I’ll just ring you tomorrow. :) I would have liked Dr Todd (I think that is the correct name) to pop out just to meet me face to face (from a distance), just for 2 minutes, as I’m new to the practice. Would have increased my comfort. It was a successful visit and I enjoyed all interactions. Everyone kind and helpful. Thank you! :) ~ Holly

Although we live in Texas and summer at the cottage near Minden, I am so glad to have the Minden Animal Hospital available when needed for our dog, Bear. The staff is very friendly and professional. The clinic is very accommodating and the follow up is amazing. It is a great clinic and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Didn t get to see the facilities, so be that s really N/A (but that s not an option). Everything good, all told.

The entire staff is amazing. As first time dog owners, we have a ton of questions and have felt listened to and given dedicated time by every staff member. It’s also evident how much genuine love there is for animals in the practice. Dropping off our puppy and having him bouncing happily out of the office is the best feeling. Finally, while everyone we’ve dealt with has been incredible, Emily deserves special credit. She has answered numerous questions, given valuable advice on insurance and just been incredibly lovely. We are SO glad you are Tim Riggins’ vet clinic. We know we are in excellent hands.

Although I understand that because of COVID 19 we cant come into the building. I do hope this changes soon as we can wear masks and sanitize our hands before entering. I would just be more comfortable being inside with my April. Thank you for all you do??

Well organized to prevent COVID tranmission

The visit was fantastic! Considering there is a pandemic on .. it was fluid and seamless! Rocky got some anti inflammatory meds and is much better! Thank you

The locum Vet Dr Laidlaw was fantastic. Very confident in a good way. We were very very impressed with her. And we ve seen a lot of vets (our dog Finn Jackson has a pacemaker and seizures, and now this infection). It s a good thing we took Nathan s suggestion to bring our dog to VEC yesterday on an emergency basis. He had a CAT scan last night and is having surgery this aft to remove fluid in abscess behind his eye. The prognosis is very good
