Very friendly and compassionate staff. I waited a lot longer than expected but I understand there was a case before that took a lot more time than anticipated. The VT was very apologetic and I understand that things like that sometimes happen. No big deal.

This is out of anyone’s control right now, but I miss going into the visit with the vet so I could actually see the condition of Georgies teeth and have the dr. explain the implications of his overbite and broken teeth on him. Thank you
