I have an extremely timid dog and without taking too much time so that the next patient’s appointment would be delayed the staff worked very patiently with me and my dog to help him feel comfortable and work towards a plan that will work for future visits.

Comfortable bench or chairs for waiting out side. Non smoking. The rocks are too hard.

I would have liked to have had feedback on CheeChee s anal gland issues but the technician never came back out and the lady who I paid was the receptionist and did not know. I appreciate though that CheeChee was able to get in so quickly. Overall a very good experience. Thank you so much for caring for my cat!!

Very friendly and compassionate staff. I waited a lot longer than expected but I understand there was a case before that took a lot more time than anticipated. The VT was very apologetic and I understand that things like that sometimes happen. No big deal.
