As always, everything was great. With my recent adaptation to my physical mobility, I also appreciate that the heavy front door was opened for me going in and out. Wink s leg is healing nicely with the antibiotics and she is comfortable.

There needs to be better communication with your customers about what is being charged to them. When a customer explicitly states they do not want any sort of exam done, there should not be a $44 exam on their bill. Especially when that exam is nothing more than listening to the animals heart rate. A $44 exam for a $21 dollar vaccination in outrageous.

Very good experience, quick and affordable.

The front staff needs to have better customer service. When you walk in the door they don’t greet you. My dog is hard to handle around other dogs so I took him to the corner to wait for the other patients to leave and I expected one of them to come talk to me but they never did. Then when you go to check out there are three people sitting there and nobody acknowledges you. I wasn’t sure if I was standing infront of the right person until I looked down at her paper work and seen my dogs name on it. The staff has always acted too busy to help you every time I go there.

I was so impressed with the emergency care that my Winston received. Doctor Lagasse did something that a lot of vets don t do, he listened. He heard me say that I didn t want Winnie to die alone. Winston lived the first 8 1/2 years of his life in a puppy mill. If he was going to die, I wanted it to be in my arms. Doctor Lagasse personally called me to tell me that Winnie was not doing well, and it gave us enough time to get there to be able to hold our boy as he passed. We are SO GRATEFUL. Thank you!!
