I have a very large dog who likes to bark at everyone and everything. The whole staff called her by name and acted as if they new her. They had no problem with her barking and didn t make me feel like I was causing problems because she was so noisy. The vet was very nice. I didn t catch his name but he came in smiling and got down to Yoda s level and let her lick and lay against him. He told her how sweet she was and than explained that he was trying to sooth her and get acquainted with her before invading in her space with the shots. Even when we came out and Yoda barked at another customer, the staff nicely asked my girlfriend if we wanted to take her outside we can while I finished paying. A question, not a demand. They were all very nice and considerate of both us and Yoda. They never once made us feel like we were a bother.

This was our first visit with newly adopted kitten for a rabies shot and fecal check. We also had a list of typewritten questions and Dr. Genova went over each question and provided clear understandable answers. Great Vet!!!

Except for not being able to get in to see the doctor sooner, because of scheduling, our experience was perfect! (our situation was NOT an emergency!) The staff was very helpful and understanding. They explained everything very clearly and gave us all the attention we needed. Pyewacket came home to us better than new! Thanks to everyone at the NVH!

I just love this team at the Newport vet hosp. Never have had an issue. They all act kind and loving to my dogs and I have watch them do the same to all pets that came in after me. ??
