My dog Mr Jimmy can be antisocial at times and doesn’t always like strangers touching him. Dr Ron was awesome with him! He talked calmly and let Mr Jimmy get used to him instead of jumping right in which might have upset Mr Jimmy. I would trust Dr Ron to see Mr Jimmy at his next appointment. You guys are always awesome!

I was thrilled to be seen by Dr. Emerson with my Hanna Grace! As always, she gives thoughtful and clear information and instructions that help me manage my pet s care. I especially appreciate the time she takes to listen and and figure out the best ways to solve health problems and is open to questions I might have!

I am on disability and when I called to get the price of the recheck I was told $21 which was great …. All I wanted was to have someone check her ear and when the dr. came in he was checking her paws and then did a swab…. Idk why he did that, I just wanted her ear checked …. He didn’t ask my permission because I would have said no, I can’t afford that today …. I had to borrow money to pay for her services… I’m super disappointed in this , I won’t be coming back

Very welcoming front office staff and got seen at apt time. Dr. Genova took his time making sure all questions were answered and had a genuine concern for our dog. Highly recommend them.

I was never treated so ride y your staff because my few minutes arrival inconvenient to their lunch time. In addition yess sdvothat 1;30 meant just that and not one minute before. No worries as I won’t be making another appointment.
