Caring and honest people with great service

Please set up a special room for when a pet must be euthanized. I don t want to go to the VCA again but they have an amazing room. Please.

I really feel like the staff cares about my Cassie. The Dr. listens to my concerns and explained the best course of action for her, to help get her feeling better.

They were very friendly and listened to all concerns, I would recommend Mast Pet Hospital for your pet.

Love this office. My dog has been seeing Dr Depp and Dr Sing for a little over 12 years. Very happy with them and the staff. Gabby is always well taken care of!

Interesting survey, 5 starts auto filled, unable to change it. Nice. We didn t even have a visit. We were told no office visit fee was to be charged for the followup, the you tried to charge us on arrival, so we left. Waste of time. Better communication and training of staff needed. Don t feel like paying for an office visot for the vet to say yeh looks good staff was rude when we refused the visit.

It took way too long and half the time I heard my dog crying which meant she was alone. Don t. schedule at lunch hour just close.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for may years now. Very happy with the service here. Both Dr. Deep & Dr. Singh are kind and caring. They work with you to provide the best outcome for your pet. My only issue is I wish it was easier to get an appointment when I have an urgent care need. My boys always seem to need care when Mast is already booked up or closed.

I am so glad that I found mast blvd pet hospital. They take great care of my frenchies, and staff is always friendly too

The rooms could use some sound barrier. When your pet barks it s extremely loud since it s a small space. Over all we loved it

Very nice and helpful staff. Just took a little longer than I thought, but it was explained to me that they are short staffed. Just need to be patient.

My dogs received a heart worm test with negative results. Additionally, I scheduled each dog - Mickey and Teddy -- for a nail trimming. First, I thought the charges were a bit steep for nail trimming. Second, upon checkout, I was told Teddy required a second tech to help restrain him during the trimming. This was an additional charge. However, when I got Teddy home, his nails hadn t been trimmed, but perhaps rounded. Evidently, the team couldn t get his nails trimmed and this was the best they could do. Given this, I don t believe I should ve been charged the full amount -- $44. The so-called trimming was negligible. I wasn t pleased with this particular part of my visit to the clinic. Mark Denari Owner - Mickey & Teddy
