I called on Thursday evening at 7:10 pm to schedule an appointment . No one answered and I had to leave a message. I received a call back on Friday morning to make an appointment. It shows the hours open are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm?

I had an appointment but waited about 40 minutes to be let into a room. Other than the wait time, my experience was perfect. I will definitely return.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! I m grateful that they have always taken care of me and my beloved pet.

The practice is awesome, however, my cat was given a rabies vaccination without my approval. The fee was quite costly and my cat is never allowed outside. (In my area coyotes are a constant threat day and night.) I believe owners should be asked prior to procedures being done.

Our cat has seen dr deep and had no issues. Was seen Friday but someone else and this morning took his splint off and his leg is swollen with sores. We opened the splint and it was extremely tight. We could only fit a finger where his toes would go and he’s 14 pounds! Then when I finished cutting it open we saw that medical tape was taped directly to his fur. It was covered in ripped out fur and even blood. We’re heading in to speak with dr deep in the morning, but I can’t help but feel let down. I myself with no training would never tape medical tape directly to skin nor fur. Again, with no training I would make sure there was enough room in the splint for the actual limb. His leg has sores all over it and is extremely swollen. When we started treatment he was walking on it now he can’t. His leg shakes consistently. I feel so bad for him. I hope I can connect with dr deep and find a solution together.

The vet barely touched my dog. He did not look in his ears or touch him other than to give him his vaccinations. Not really an exam. Your clinic was too busy to see him when my dog broke his leg a year ago to see him and even though you didn’t seem that busy, the doctor didn’t even mention anything about gaining 10 pounds in a year.

Chelsea remembered me because we have dogs that look alike. It’s nice wen the staff acknowledges you. All the staff are always nice. The staff always acknowledges you when you arrive, Luna was taken hood care of!

We love every single thing about Mast but we really want to have a special room created for when its time for animal to leave us.It would be such a relief to know such a calm, warm, confortable place exists at Mast as it does at other places here.

I will recommend to my friends your pet hospital. Great staff.

The staff is amazing and the facility is very clean. My dog Pablo got a few teeth extracted and is feeling better than ever with a fresh clean mouth. My wife and I were very happy to receive a follow up phone call, checking on Pablo’s recovery.

They’re great. They always get m cat in and I’m always very confident with the dr.s and their Diagnosis.
