Being from Pa the staff took great care of our concerns. They are always helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. The Drs. take great care and explain carefully what is wrong and treated my dog as it was their own. They also gave a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. I listen to Dr. Murray on KGVY1080 on Wednesday at noon, he answers a lot of questions pertaining to pets.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Dr. Huang. She is very personable, patient, informative and caring with helping us understand our pet s needs and conditions. Our dogs like her, even Angel who doesn t like the going to the Vet experience on little bit. In addition, Cheryl was great handling our pets. Also, the front office staff took us directly to a room when we arrived because of Angel s anxiety issues which we much appreciated. Thank you for a great Pet Doctor visit.

Been taking my 2 dogs here for the 2 yrs. since I moved to Green Valley. I ve been very favorably impressed by the facility; it s clean & welcoming, and everyone on the staff I ve spoken to on the phone or in person, has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Humphrey is wonderful with my dogs, and I really appreciate her advice and care!

Everyone would like to save money and I m no different. I had an issue dealing with the prescriptions being called in or being faxed over to 1800petmeds. I called and talked to three different people over there to see if the could call or fax the prescription in and I got three different answers from each person , which in turn I didnt get my pets meds when we needed them and made me very mad as one of your customers.All three answers I got I have never encountered dealing with 1800petmeds. I take my pets there because I trust you guys and we spend the extra money for your care . If you don t want to deal with pet meds thats fine it is your business, but if you want customers coming back then everyone should be on the same page . Thanks Ken Stern

I have been taking my pets to Animal Care Center of Green Valley for over twenty years. I am very pleased with the professional care that is provided to my pets. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Murray, Dr. Humphrey, Dr. Hilden, and Dr. Huang take the time to treat each of my pets with great special care and love. My babies are never treated like they are just an object. This is a very special clinic with very special people working here. I would never take my pets any where else!

I have 2 dogs and 2 horses. Where I board my horses I receive a discount for 2 horses. It would be nice to receive a discount on 2 dogs. You probably know that you are an expensive facility, maybe because of La Pasada and its wealth. Your care providers are very professional and their care is appreciated.
