We trust Dr. Murray completely and know he will keep our pets healthy and with the best chance of overcoming illness or disease, or in the case of our one dog, extend his quality of life by 6 months past when we thought we would lose him

I value the way everyone there cares for my animals ... It s why I make the hour plus drive. I value being an integral part of my pets health care. I m not a fan of estimates, getting calls about those estimates and then signing documents ahead of time: however I guess in this day and age that s what u have to do. The personal touch and being an included part of my dogs care is what brings me back.... Thank u for everything!

As new to your clinic, your staff made us fell very welcomed. Everyone smiles and makes you feel very comfortable with your choice. Randi was excellent with us and our pets. She exudes concern and care immediately and friendliness. Dr Humphrey is truly exceptional! Her level of comfort, caring and professionalism along with a very upbeat manner is unsurpassed.

I was completely satisfied with the exam and information of the vaccinations I was given. I hadn t thought there would be any tests, but the results were informative and positive. You have cared for my Aussie and also Coco in years past and since I am now living permanently in GV will continue to use you as my vet.

When appointment was made over the phone I was told that for the vaccination that was scheduled a doctor s office visit was required. Fortunately, the vet tech had it straight.

The staff is great, love Dr. Huang. However, I feel it is a bit pricy especially for the Green Valley area and there being so many retired people.

When my father went to pay for his dog s nail trim and slight filing. They wanted to charge $35. We were not asking for the nails to be ground, but the sharp edges to be taken off after the clipping.

The directions on the survey say to rate from poor to excellent and to click to save a value, but in actuality, it just lets you record yes or no. Just FYI. :-)

I am very satisfied with any of the vets my dog has visited at the Animal Care Center. I was very surprised at one thing though. Some vets were gone, and the others were all scheduled. My dog had a moderately significant infection and needed to be seen. I was given the choice to pay more for the appointment that would fit him in . I agreed to this, but I was surprised by this (especially as I have spent thousands in vet care already).

Excellent staff. Front counter people are the best

I love the vet, but feel that it is overpriced. I have to consider taking my pet elsewhere.
