Parker and ourselves were pleased with everything, especially with the valuable print outs and information given to us. This informaton will better serve giving Parker the care he needs. Dr. Bigelow and Randi were caring and did an excellent job. We will be back. Hope to see Mary in the future.

For over 15 years, ACC has been caring for my fur babies. Without exception, everyone from receptionists to technicians to doctors, has been professional, competent and kind. I would never use another veterinarian. I’ve been most impressed by the thoroughness of treatment, the willingness to listen to my concerns and their patience with a pet with special needs.

Irish is so spoiled, by more than just me. After her laser treatment and as we were getting ready to leave (it was pouring out), and Dr. Hilden came out with a golf size umbrella and escorted Irish out so she wouldn’t get rained on. Thank you Dr. Hilden!

This was our first time seeing Dr. Hilden, we think she is terrific and our dog Lucky was very much at ease with her. She took the time to explain the test results and explain the recommended treatment. We were very pleased.

I love Dr. Hilden. The first thing she did was sit on the floor with Cooper to get to know him in a gentle way (treats always help, too). Because he has had a serious illness, he could have been very scared at the vet, but she knew that and got him to relax while she was examining him. She is very thorough and speaks to me in laymen s terms about what should be done. Love her.
