My friends who go to other vets do so because it is less costly. When I went on your tour of the facilities last Christmas I understood why it costs so much. My only concern is that you don t take Medicare because I think my dogs get better care than we do.

Dr. Shelley is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Animal Care Center is a wonderful place to take your under the weather pet. The service is great.

Dr. Humphrey was great, even giving Dewey extra treats because the vaccine hurt him a little bit. Then, to receive a follow-up call the next day was so nice. We are so pleased with the care Dewey receives at the clinic. And he loves the daycare too!

As always, the staff in the front office was great! They are friendly, considerate and EXTREMELY patient with their clients. As for Doctor Huang and the Vet Techs, well they are the best!

We do recommend you to friends and new people to the area. Most of the return comments are to the effect that the ACC is too expensive. Just for your information, as obviously we don t agree. We feel that you get what you pay for and we want the best for our guys.

Thank you so much for your e-mails, especially the most recent one about that new disease lepto something or other. Without your e-mail I may have put Jake at risk without even knowing it. He had his first of two shots the other day, with an appointment made for the second one. I really appreciate the care and concern you give our fur-babies!

It took a long time of using conservative treatment but together, Dr. Humphrey and I were finally able to document IBD in Jasmine and come up with a treatment that is working. She is now a happy cat.
