ongoing problem in senior dog... can t really be solved, just trying to make him comfortable/less pain

First visit. Very impressed with staff. Very professional. Only had anal gland release but it s comforting to know we have a great clinic if needed for more services.

ACC are my family. The front office staff are my trusted confidantes and friends. They all know my level of Care desired for my 3 pugs and respect their care. They take incredible care of all of us and I’ll always trust my dogs to them. Especially Dr Hilden.

Mickey received excellent care as always. Dr Bigelow and Jen were able to diagnose the problem with his leg and prescribe an anti-inflammatory. He is recovering rapidly and should be ready to go for a walk in a day or so.

The technician that did Bailee s & Libby s nails & anals does a great job and afterwards she lets me know how full they were and also their behavior. She is really good and I appreciate what a good job she does!

I did not ask for an estimate on further services. I am very pleased with the services so far. Dr. Hilden was wonderful with Bacall and answered all my questions and concerns. Kirsten the tech was also excellent with Bacall and put both her and me at ease. Great service!!!!

We were seen previously at another facility, but their staff was not as kind, so a friend, Lou Kifer recommended your office. We certainly will return to your place for all of our needs. thank you!

You should offer a payment plan. Perhaps any amount over $200 can be made in installment payments if the $200 is paid day of service.

I ve been impressed with the doctors and staff at Animal Care Center ever since we took our dog there, about 2 years ago when we moved to Green Valley, AZ from Wisconsin. They all are eager to help and provide a pleasant atmosphere and experience for the dog and the owner too.
