Miss the face to face vet visit. Don t like being separated from pet but circumstances causing that. Hope it ends soon and return to normal visit.

I am traveling and my old chihuahua needed to be checked for sneezing that had increased significantly in AZ. I also wanted to be certain it was not in her chest. I called my vet at home and they faxed the records directly to Animal Care. The folks here got me in quickly, knew my issues and had a solution immediately. The Dr came out to talk to me addressing my concerns and with the best resolution for her sinus overload.

Had my previous Dog borded with you almost weekly over 10yr span, she was always happy.I trust in the good and safe care with Animal Care Center. Thank you

Just awesome service and compassion, even during the Covid 19 Pandemic. i do not have any issues with how you are handling appointments and office visits. As human beings and customers, we need to be careful and comply with CDC guidelines. Animal Care Center is TOP on my list!!

Even though we could not accompany our cat inside for his rabies shot everything was handled well and quickly. We are very happy with Dr. Hilden who called us in the car to discuss any concerns.

As usual, Jake was treated with care (and love). 1st time he had to go in without me, but everyone there made him comfortable. BTW, I had knee surgery on Wednesday & haven t been able to walk with Al and Jake at night--yet. I got a beautiful Get Well card from all the staff there & it made my day! Thanks so much!
