Being that this was our first visit to this facility we would like to commend all of the staff with their professional attitude and handling of services. Everything seemed to flow with minimal effort and we never felt lost without knowing how much longer or how much things will potentially cost. This was my first visit to Animal Care Center. I very much like the current process of the tech coming out to the car and talking, then taking the animal in. While the tech, Everett, is the only person I ve met at the Center, everyone has been very helpful and great to deal with. Keep up the great job!

Staff did a great job in spite of the current coronavirus restrictions on owners going in with their pets. And, Dr Hilden is the best! So kind and a great diagnostician. So glad I found her.

They handled Toby day care visit with his appointment with the vet. One trip combined day care with his visit for his test. And when I picked him up he was ready to come home no waiting.??

We were able to get our dog, Logan, into your office within 45 minutes after his encounter with some cactus spines. Thank you to Dr. Bigelow and Clarissa. And, Logan thanks everyone involved for their assistance even though he was a bit difficult to handle.

The staff from the front desk to the Vet Tech to the Veterinarian were extremely friendly. We are new to the area with no friends or family to assist with a referral for our fur baby so took a chance here based off of Google Reviews and so glad we did!
