Extremely happy wth my visit with Gunnar??

I really appreciate the vet techs coming out and talking to us in our cars and I have also seen the different Drs. come out to talk to some of the pet parents in their cars. This is a very difficult time and I really don’t want anyone at the clinic to get sick. I think you are all doing the best you can with this situation. I sure hope some day we can get back to standard procedures, but I have a feeling it may be a very long time in the future. But for now, I’m so happy that my furbabies can still receive care.

Dr. Hilden is excellent. Very conscientious and communicates and explains my pets health issues very well.

Dr Bigelow and the technicians are phenomenal! My puppy was diagnosed with parvo and they have made all efforts to keep him alive and well amd have fit him into their schedule. God bless this staff!

Dr. Hilden is the best! We trust her with caring for our cats and dog. She is always available if we have a question or concern.

Dr. Hildren was absolutely terrific. Being newer to AZ and losing a Vet we had known for 13 years was probably one of the most difficult things to transition. This was the first time we saw Dr Hildren but she was so thorough, asked so many important questions that she just reminded us of our Vet in Oregon and he was the best Vet we ever had. We felt good knowing our dogs care was in her hands. As far as a suggestion, we lost one of our dogs two Fridays ago. It was 6:00 in the morning and nowhere to call or go for help. We had to drive to Tucson and our dog passed in the car on the way. It would be nice if there was some type of after hours emergency care.

The staff is wonderful, so glad we chose this clinic.

I was very happy that in this time of a pandemic that everyone’s safety was thoughtfully considered and protocols were in place. I appreciated that all my questions were patiently addressed. While I wished I could have been in the room while my pet was examined I felt she was compassionately treated well.

I was so thankful that the tech came out to get my advice on how to proceed with my upset dog. She was so sweet and caring. She is my favorite tech. My dog loves her.
